Just wondering what a good template would be for various items such as hats, shoes, outfits, etc.

I modified the template used for the headband for some of the other hats, but have seen other templates used as well.

One I thought looked nice was the sidebar on the Tir Traditional Costume. The problem, however, is the massive amount of blank space on the page. I have a widescreen monitor so it's probably worse for me though.

Which do you folks think would look better and be clearest for presentation of the info?

As a longtime user of the Guild Wars wikis, I have to say: templates are awesome.

If we don't actually have any information for the page other than what would go in a sidebar, though, then I think that the real problem is actually that we have too many pages. I'm not sure what the best organization should be, but I think that in a wiki you should really have more than just a sidebar's worth of information on a page. If the information simply doesn't exist, then maybe a few pages should be merged into one.

Good idea about pages being merged into one. I've been making single pages though, just in case someone with more info to add comes along. Unfortunately Mabinogi items don't have extensive info like Guild Wars items.

I also loved and extensively used the GW wikis and hope someday the Mabinogi wikis will grow to be that extensive!

I agree, I don't really like how you have to go to different pages for all the armors, can't we just put a bunch of those tables on 1 page? Maybe have a "Clothing" page, "Armor" page, "Shoes" page and "Gloves" page, etc.
