I got a pink Nao dress once but I sold it for like 4k /headdesk
Anyways how do you gift it to her? o_o I don't get to open the inventory whenever I see her D; Through Rua perhaps?

Wow 4k, Nao gifts sell for 900k on Ruairi, its a rare drop.

Talk to Nao and she will give you the "Gift for Nao" keyword if you talk to her on your bday. Then next bday have it in your inventory and go click key word "Gift for Nao" and a box opens with your gift in it.

Once you give her a gift will she stay with those clothes until you give her a new gift? What if you want her to go back wearing her old clothes, do you have to give her a gift for that? =O

She is still jigglie in this outfit a lil more then other, but i assume you can get her back to th eold outfit, and yeah she will change with every gift you give her.

Thought I'd just add that you can tell her to change to a different clothes every time you talk to her. Of course, that is if you had given her more than 1 gift.
