In the comments of the video says that one charge in rank 1 can hit 4 targets nearby, a fully charge will hit like 12 targets dealing about 300-500 dmg

Yes, it's like if you hit one, it hits 2 more nearby enemies, and then 2 more nearby of those, and keeps hiting all nearby near nearby enemies....:P or that's Ice Spear?...anyway, is the same effect.

Roy for ice spear is that if it kills the enemy then it shatters and hits more and more of them if it kills them while for thunder the more charges you have the more well enemies you hit and the higher the rank the less or more from lightning to thunder >.>

That's wrong. Full rank 1 charge = 20 targets.. and previous poster is correct, you can't use chaincasting with advanced magic.
