First video: it is probably a fully grown clover gnu and the guy modded his client s it shows him doing different actions

Second video: It may be the guardian bow (an elf only bow though ive never acrually seen one) or if its not it could be modded to display the grandfather bow (mari's bow in RP)

That bow in the second video reminds me of the White Fatty Bow from MHF2... But they don't really have too much in common.

in the first video they are just using gesture action while using
the skill instead of getting the skill animation you get the gesture one and
that bow is a mod i think

WT-- you mean you can replace skill movements with gestures eventually?

O_O they will become available later the best example i can give is fire counter when the monster activates your counter when you charge a bolt during the counter animation it stops the counter animation and does the charging bolt animation
same thing with gesture action you just use it during the skill animation
