I wonder how hard is it to train other CP based skills with R1 Windmill. |

not as hard because you actually gain a large amount of exp for the skill unlike wm where you only get like .01 per kill or w/e

Now that's worth aiming for...
But I hear that in order to get to that you'll need a whole bucket of ap... Just to get to Rank 1 from 2 is 30 ap?!!

Increased range is VERY usefull for those who always got +230ms,...plus the Nexon servers freaking insane cathastophic supercalifragilistical lag....O_O
