I usually do that when I turn Fomor Scrolls in, since I'm usually at Tir and running from Duncan to the Bank. I click the 'Complete' button along the way, and then go inside...

This was all an accident XD I was about to leave for Tir, but I forgot something in the bank, resulting in that screen.
