Theres no story on it.

I'm assuming they were going to make a quest/shortstory out of it but ended up dropping it. Kinda like what they did with support shot.

I've always wanted to know what it was for. The telescope scene makes it look so... silent hill style. I love it.

Theres no way to get to the island too. Maybe that water walking glitch wasn't a glitch after all XDDD

You can't get on the island by water. There's an invisible wall around the island. You can get close enough to click on the sign, but it doesn't say anything.

also... if you keep going west from there you get to this weird place... it's fun to walk around there but I dare not venture further for fear of getting stuck with no return o____o
