This is the song in the opera in Final Fantasy 6, as well as used as Celes' theme.
Some one else posted a version of this that was a midi imported into 3MLE (and still didn't sound good). I found a piano score and coded this music by hand (I did use 3MLE to optimize my code). I am working on the harmony, but for now here is the melody line, which sounds great alone:
