Default Elf or Human? Pro/Cons on Phys/Mag/Range?

So I just can't decide what I should make, a human or an elf.

Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of humans vs elf in melee combat, range, magic, or alchemy? In terms of looks, I believe elves look better and I usually go with good looks over stats >.<

I understand that humans are more balanced and elves excell in bows and can shoot 2 times but can't dual wield.

What would be a better choice for me if I plan to use all melee, magic, and ranging? And if mostly melee and ranging?

Wrong section x-x Can someone move it to question section?

1. This is the wrong section
2. Humans are far more balanced.

Magic
Human: Less AP spent on bolts
Elf: Less mana spent on Ice Spear

Melée
Human: Can duel wield/wield two-handed swords, stronger windmill, faster smash, more defense, final hit, etc
Elf: Cheaper melée AP costs

Range
Human: Improved aim speed, greater damage, arrow revolver
Elf: Elven ranged attack is comparable to arrow revolver (less reliable/higher DPS), rediculous magnum load time, greater mobility, mirrage missile, final shot

Overall: Human is the most flexible race.

Thanks for the response and yeah I was browsing around the sections and accidentally made a thread here instead of the question section.

All the advantages humans have on melee aside, can elves still melee efficiently/effectively?

With the right skills/Enchantments.. Buts still not on the same level as a Human would.. Melee pvp wise all they really have is running speed.

Elves can tackle most situations with their melée. You'll despise the lack of melee variety but will ultimately be able to compete with humans and giants.
