I'm seeing SEVERAL repeat questions flooding through.
Though I love helping people, I prefer to ignore half these threads. Its just not worth 5 hours of my life to scan through the entire site, when you could just use 40 seconds of yours to help me save some minutes.

With this, you can search up questions that have already been asked previously.
With the power of the search function, you can find a FULL DETAIL GUIDE on a small question you had.
With the might and awe striking abilities of the search blade, you can cut away at the time required in a post and wait session, and maybe at the time it requires for me to make threads like this ranting about how I hate humans for not having any decency and respect over (my brain's) bandwidth.

Lets keep this site organized. Theres no need to barrage the other people with small questions that has been answered two threads down. Hopefully this will get at least HALF your attention.

You should add that people should check out our wiki and mabinogiworld's wiki section.

I think its only polite for someone to do some research before relying on other people.

Obviously you haven't been on internet forums for a long time. No matter what you do, there's always going to be people who ignore the search box thinking that their question requires priority number 1 and posts a new thread for every single post they have. It's something quite common and will never die out. You just have to get used to it

Pfft, I'm a member on plenty of other sites (albeit, more technical sites) and we don't "just get used to it". For the most part, we tell people off when they ask stupid questions without doing background research first.

I think Mabi's new enough that most people don't really know what's going on or where to get help yet, so it's pretty excusable. Eventually (once our wiki is up to spec), I'm just going to start linking people to wiki pages. No reason to type all that stuff back up -- we have wikilinking in the forums, after all.

You're right, but hopefully I won't have to type "Use the search function" to every thread. Morons will walk in and out, but members who plan on staying will definitely read this post and learn, without having me tell them.

I said almost. It was an exaggeration, to drag in new members and have them try a search function.

Considered the questions being asked, I'm sure that they'll have their answers right away.
