Blacksmiths: Refine yer own ore or have someone else refine?
For some reason, I like to mine ore even though I'm not really into blacksmithing (yet?). So I'm wondering if it's a good idea for non-smiths to refine ores into ingots to sell to blacksmiths or if I should just keep the ores as they are despite the inconvenience to the smiths who need INGOTS.
I think making ingots might be a good idea because like blacksmithing, tailoring needs silk and fabric which you get from weaving so silk is like 1k per for cheap silk, so since ore is harder to get maybe it'll sell for more
The best thing to do would be to go to Bangor in Channel 1 on a busy night, and ask the blacksmiths which they would prefer. If most say Ingots, then refine the ore.
