Totez wrong section.

To answer your question, you use the weaving skill to make thread out of the wool and cobwebs and then then loom to make fabric out of them. Looms and spindles are in Tir and Dunbarton at the General Sotre and Simon's Clothing Shop.

We can look Weaving and Tailoring as two different pieces of a puzzle.

Cobwebs and Wool can be weaved to make yarn, silk or wool using the Loom outside of general shops. (Such as Malcolm's.) Using these you can create cloths (With weaving gloves).

Grab the blueprint for a certain outfit that would you want to make and setting it to your off hand. Using a tailoring kit as well, you can tailor outfits with the cloth you have made, as what the print asks for in order to make it.

Weaving Inceases chance of making yarn and cloths.

Tailoring Increases chance and percentage (I believe) of creating outfits.

EDIT: STEF, you walkin in my grounds while I typed all of that! Oh well.. I'll keep it up since it is much more explained.

EDIT EDIT: Moved thread..
