ive been trying to get there but..it hasent worked out. can anyone please show me a way to get there? Thank you~~!

you can enter from lunae valley in physis, above the human mark in rano, or above errans canyon in connous.
you might have to make a bridge though.
there is also a shortcut to get to the city in courcle.
there are a bunch of hippo to the east of the village that can get you across.

The only way I know how is from Physis, so I'll explain that here

1. Head over to the Pegasus mark near Lunae valley. Its the only mark there so it should be fairly easy to find. See those funky looking rocks near it? Well your going to need to get some crystals from that. No worries, no skill is needed. But, you will need a space to put your swords and such since you need to be barehanded.

2. Gather an ice crystal from the rock by clicking on it. It may take one or two tries, but it will work eventually.

3. This bits hard to explain but I'll try. Open your map and go to the Pegasus' first front foot. Go down from that, slightly diagonal and you'll see some dark-brown lining on the map that is thinner than the outline of the river. Go to that, and as far down as possible without you walking back up by accident.

4. Open up your inventory and right-click the Ice-crystal. Click 'Use'. If it's worked, Congrats! You've succesfuly made an Ice bridge and can walk over to Cor . If not, there's a video on Youtube called "Mabinogi Guide - How to get to Courcle via Ice Bridge (in Physis)" It should help you out and explain the things I couldn't in text.
