hows come i cant get any other quest at lvl 22

Yeah ur quests run out right about at the lvl ur at, so ur gonna have to learn how to fend for urself money/exp wise after that.
The best way for you right now, is to try to fit as many part time jobs in a day as u can, and at night go raid a dungeon. Dungeoning not only gives u some nice money after killing the boss, if u do them repeatedly u can collect the dungeon monsters Fomor Scrolls which like nabolshia said, are a good source of money. I would recommend Ciar Beginner for you. You're level is more than good enuf, u can get goblin, poison goblin, gray and brwn rat, and most importantly mimic scrolls from that dungeon. Save em all up and turn em into duncan when u have 10 of one set. Mimic scrolls are 6k for 10! And they're one of the easiest monsters to kill in the game!

I recommend Ciar beginner also, get a few passes from Ronald in Tir and you will be good to go. (Do some church part times if you want some holy water, the golem may take a few tries to get the hang of). Each run should give you at least 10% and lots of money.

Like every one else, Ciar beginner. Mimics are very easy and you can get up to 6 scrolls in one run. (I usually get 2~4). Since your level 22, you will easily defeat he golem. As you go up, you could try Ciar Normal and maybe Basic. I'm not sure if they give you alot of money but i think they will. (I've never been to Ciar Basic and never finished Ciar Normal)
Try the search button. It'll help you find great ways to make money and level up.
