okies i said somewhere in the forums that me and my bf wants to get marrieds in mabinogi buts how exactly do u get married?
Do u have to reach a certain age?
I want to make a 10 year old and he wants to make a 17 year old and those getting married would be kind of weirds D: but is it possible?
Do we have to have certain amount of money? make wedding dress? o.o?

I think u need to make a wedding dress and yes, u can get married as a seventeen and a 10 yr old ( i think, because I saw 2 peepl get married and the other was about age 18 and the other probably 11 or so o.o)

Okay, you better send me an invitation.. here's how you do it.. one thing to keep in mind is that the only race combination not allowed is Elf x Giant. Human X any race is okay.

1. You'll need to pay an engagement fee of 30,000 gold total (5000 down payment, 25,000 on the day) (which is a lot when you first start, it'll take you a while to make that much). Then enter your partner's name and your partner has 1 week to reply you "yes" or "no". Once your partner agrees to your proposal, you will recieve your wedding rings. You can carve personal messages on your rings at the wedding service.

2. You can now make your wedding invitation. You can enter all the information, place, time, channel, etc. Each invitation is only 10g.

3. The wedding opening ceremony (You have to start it within 30min otherwise it'll be cancelled):
a) You have to pay the remaining 25,000 gold. Then you enter the wedding lobby.
b) There's an NPC that will rent you the wedding dresses. They're rather expensive so make sure you have enough money!! For the guy it's 5,000 g for the wedding suit, 3,000g for the shoes, and 1,000g for the earring. For the gal it's 1,000 g for the veil, 10,000 g for the wedding dress, and 5,000g for the wedding boots. (25,000g)
c) You can't wear them outside of the place. You can get 10% of the fee back when you return them to the NPC.

4. Wedding Ceremony - You both come in on the red carpet. Right click on your rings and select "Use" to start the ceremoney. The actual ceremony is in movie format, like a cut seen. (Frap it?) After 10 min of the movie, the place disappears and everyone is booted outside.

5. Wedding titles - After the ceremony, you will have the title " XXX's wife" or "OOO's husband". When you both use the title and stay close enough in the same map, you'll get some bonus stats. Nothing good though.

6. Divorce - You can file a divorce. Mutal Agreed Divorce costs 20,000g. Forced Divorce costs 50,000g. You will also get a warning mail from the game administrator........

*Note - you can't change the sex of your char upon rebirth if you're married.
