and I never got a fixed dye wth? how do you get it |

you have to rebirth in TIR, and talk to TIN, once you finish the conversation, he will give you a Dye...

You choose the option to rebirth at Tir, and then talk to the little guy before leaving the starting area, he'll have like, 10 dyes, and if you skip one, you won't be able to go back, if you skip them all, you'll be forced to keep the last one.
