Stiff or Thief?

I've been pondering long and hard lately... what should I get?

Stiff (tailcap) for more crit or Thief (headband) for more luck? Definitely stiff can help me kill monsters in a flash, but Thief makes me rich with drops and stuff... I already have a Thief headband... should I get rid of it and get a Stiff tailcap instead? I see them often sold at 15k in the market. However I am not sure but i've seen Thief headbands sold for 20k...

What should I get and what would help me better?
Its like get rich or get stronger...

I would say Stiff because Thief can be put on anything (? Clarrification please. ._.;

while Stiff only the Tail Caps and Weapons (even then it's hard because it's a Rank 9 Prefix).

Stiff... why? because 10% crit is better than 4% crit and -15 hp. Sure you might lucky shot more but not much. my old character was luck based, i had +60 Luck (Hat, clothing, shoes, gloves, x2 accessories) from equips and 20 from title had a bit more than 100.... i still rarely got a a huge lucky finish, and the hp drain.. ouch.

but you know whats better than those two? both of them put together. Thief is a Suffix and Stiff is a Prefix
