I've been looking and looking for this book, and everyone tells me that Nele has it,although I've been to him several times and he doesn't have the book (anymore), and I know this because my friends have rank C composition. So its my guess its been moved to his secret shop.

Also for some tips on how to transport candlesticks from Dunbarton to Emain,you can have 2 characters (On same account) and a pet for the following to work:

1)bring 3k~4k gold and put it on a char in dunbarton
2)have a char in emain be ready by nele
3)go on the char in dunbarton,go to kristell and buy 30 ~ 40 candlesticks (put them in the pet's inventory,note that u shouldnt buy all at once and should put in candles until it fills the pet inventory and you can come back on that char for more)
4)go on the char in emain and summon the pet with the loaded sticks.Open its inventory and give all candles to Nele.
5)after repeating steps 3 and 4 until about 30 have been given,try going into Nele's shop 5 times,if the secret shop doesnt appear keep giving him candlesticks until u reach 40.then the shop should definitely (actually not really definitely)appear after going in and out of his shop.

A better gifting method:

Step 1: Give a candlestick.
Step 2: ask about personal story.
Step 3: ???
Step 4: repeat for profit.
