Range Attack + Balance
I've heard that range attack adds "hidden" balance, but does it add the hidden balance to range weapons only?
Some say it adds balance to melee weapons, but I dont want to waste AP points to find out. If anyone can tell me that would be awesome. TY

I'm sure it won't add balance to melee weapons but the dex will.
