Which Life Skill is best to upg for Dex (Handicraft, Weaving, Tailoring, etc.) ?

Weaving, Handicraft, and Refining are the three best lifeskills for DEX.

Weaving is the best, it gives the most early on and the most overall through out the ranks. But I'm not sure how easy it is to upgrade it though. It's not too bad in terms of AP cost, but I have no clue how hard it is to train the skill. You should give weaving a shot though.

i think Weaving is the hardest of these skills to train but also the best one for +dex -ap i think handicraft is the second one better since it lows on ap (refine costs more than both)

If you ever plan on ranking refine, I would do that first. Refine requires failures to rank up, which becomes very hard to do with added dex.

That's also why some archers are waiting for the life skill cap to be lifted before ranking anymore ranged skills.

There is a lot better way of getting around this than not ranking up your main attack skills...Just get cursed set of equipment that takes away dex. Those slug enchantments that everyone just tosses away are not completely useless....

The max possible negative dex from full scarecrow (-6 to -9) and silver fox (-20) is - 83 dex. With experienced death title it comes out to -113. Ranged 1 is +50 dex, AR 1 is +30 dex, and Refine 2 is +26 dex. I guess r1 refine will be manageable if you can get a silver fox enchant, get all -9s from scarecrow, and refine right after you rebirth.

That was a good summary. But since someone might misunderstand your point, let me paraphrase your statement.

Scarecrow (-6~-9 dex)
1. 2X Scarecrow accessories: -9X2= -18DEX
2. Scarecrow Clothing: -9DEX
3. Scarecrow Cooking table: -9DEX
4. Scarecrow Shoe: -9DEX
5. Scarecrow Gloves: -9DEX
6. Scarecrow Hat: -9DEX
(7. Stiff scarecrow hat: -19DEX)

Total: -72DEX (or -82DEX)

If u have one Silver fox (-20DEX), then
Total: -83DEX (or -93DEX)

If u have a title, then
Total: -113DEX (or -123DEX)

The Main reason people say 'Do refining first' is b/c at Rank2 there is mythril failure requirement (which gives total %16 out of 114%).

If i remember correctly, with DEX 0 and F making mastery, the success rate is over 50%...
And you have to fail 80times...

So... don't do weaving... do refining first.



If u have RankA or higher Lighting bolt, you can get additionaly -10DEX from Stiff enchant
