Have you tried sitting in channel 1 Emain with a dungeon sign advertising something like this:

B> Emain Ideal for 10k

I think Lonelysoul6 sells 2 Emain Ideals for 10k each. (Those two flower sisters)
Of course, if you are being cheap and refuse to pay any money for ideal, it will be ALOT harder to get people to help you.

imo paying for an ideal is kind of lame...I mean, not everyone can AFFORD to pay for an ideal...

I see it as a way of saying "Thank you" for coming out to help me.
That person that fits the ideal don't have to come and help you.
(And you can "attempt" to do it yourself, lol)

To me, expecting a stranger to help you with ideals without paying is like going to a restaurant and not tipping to waiter (or waitress).

True, but someone looking for more than maybe 5k is too much. It's not easy to be able to pay about...120k at least for all your ideals. I don't even make that much in a week. So it makes it harder for those who aren't rich, aren't on enough because of work or school or lack of internet time, or whatever. I mean, even 60k for all the ideals is a lot, so expecting a lot of money for just being an ideal is kind of off imo.

Its actually 90k or less if you pay for all the ideals.
3 ideals are from NPC... A few ideals are just freebies if you are a female character. (Like Gilmore or the guy wanting a Popo dress only)

I never seen anyone selling ideals for 5k ever... o_O
People selling ideals usually expect 10k. Nothing more or less.

60k is a lot? 60k for a quest to get you paladin forever is not a lot of money. Paladin will forever (until you run out of service) help you complete dungeons faster. Infact, it is a good investment.

If you are complaining about a 60k investment that gets you something that will be with your character forever, I hope you aren't one of those people getting those fancy armors, hats, or whatever that cost like more than 1k to repair everything at 98% npcs.

Or even those expensive Claymore, 2-handed, gladius, egos, bows, or whatever from NPC with the crazy repair rates. 30k to get a Claymore that breaks eventually and have insane repair cost is a lot of money, and not exactly as good as an investment like Paladin.

Besides, with service, you get one dye per week. That is already 13k-15k per week. 20 minutes of ciar beginner nets you like 1-2k, lol. If you rebirth, you get a free fixed dye that can sell for a range for more than 13k to 300k+.

This is coming from someone who runs around in the cheapest clothes (almost free to repair at simon, lol) and weapons to save money.
