I need Tir Na Nog info
I'm only about Two quest away from that one(The black pass quest that leads you to Another World). I want to do the dungeon on Saturday, but I have a couple questions.
1. Exactly how much Weapons do I need to bring? Nobody in TNN can repair.
2. How much Recovery items should I bring?
3. I have Firebolt only, Should I invest in Icebolt?
4. I might have misunderstood, but I need to know if you can Go back to Erin from TNN at any time, because I probably need to repair weapons and stuff, which seems extremly difficult to do all this stuff with your Dura on your weapons low.
5. If you leave TNN, do you have to do the Dungeon again if you leave TNN... if you can leave.
Final Question!!. I know you can revive after doing Dugal's quest and you can revive next to him when knock out... but thats in the field. Does Naos support work in Gem dungeons(I know it doesn't work on Black Orb).
I can deal with the dungeons itself. Players there should be skilled and better than most others, hopefully.

1.Bring backup weapons for when you're not in the dungeon.Daggers are your bffs.
2.Dugald sells feathers, stam,hp pots, and bandages.Just tell mages to bring tons of mp pots. Also bring tons of holy water.
3.For icecounter,yes.
4.Yes,you can. But,you'll need 3 people to get back in,along with another pass, and you'll have to do it on saturday still.
5.If you got the black orb pieces, you don't need to do that part...If you're talking about the getting into TNN dungeon, yes, you have to do that.
You cannot use Nao AT ALL.Either adv feathering, rez by Dougal,or go back to Erinn.Any items you drop will be permanently lost, though.

1. Not sure.
2. Bring money for pots, feathers, and bandages, which you can buy. Other than that, there's not much else, unless you want full recov pots, wound pots, etc etc. Oh, and I guess MP pots if you're a mage, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
3. Yes, you'll probably want icebolt anyways later. Rank F is sufficient.
4. Yes, you can go back at anytime, but you can only go to TNN on Saturday.
5. You need 4 fragments to make a black orb. You find the fragments at the the end of the gem dungeons. If you leave TNN and return, it won't affect your progess.
6. No, Naos do not work in TNN at all.

Keep in mind that if you have a pet and another mule on account, you can bypass most of those "limitations".
For dungeons, if you are soloing, you aren't allowed to make a mistake or you will have to start over.
(Unless someone advance feathers you)
Also, for the orb pieces dungeon, you can go with a party of 1 to 8. However, for the Black Orb and Goddess Dungeon, you must have 3 people to go in.
You can go to TNN at any time when you have an Albey Dungeon wing. Otherwise, it is TNN only on Saturday.

Everything else has already been answered, but to correct one of the responses...

There is no three-person requirement to do the black fomor pass dungeon to reach TNN. Three is the maximum allowed to enter the dungeon. If you have the experience to reliably fight all the monsters there, it is possible to complete this dungeon solo.

If you have a pet, you can put a Pet Revive Kit on it or something. Then, when you die, tell it to res you. If you don't want to fight along with the pet, just tell it to "sit!" at the statue until it listens. When you die, shout "come!" once or twice. Having "revive!" ready is also good because the pet might get attacked quickly if there are still mobs in the vicinity.

1. Exactly how much Weapons do I need to bring? Nobody in TNN can repair. One with 5+ Dura, Fully Modded or High Dmg is nice.
2. How much Recovery items should I bring? Just me, but since i Windmill a lot... a column of HP30's, decent amount of stams and a few MP. When you get to the last floor/boss, you get a Goddess Pass that instantly takes you to Glas so you can just leave and repot then use the pass, and yes you get the pass again.
3. I have Firebolt only, Should I invest in Icebolt? All players MUST get Ice and Fire Bolt

Final Question!!. I know you can revive after doing Dugal's quest and you can revive next to him when knock out... but thats in the field. Does Naos support work in Gem dungeons(I know it doesn't work on Black Orb). Nao doesnt work in Another World, and Dougals quest will allow you to revive back in Tir na Nog whether you die in the field OR in the dungeons.
I can deal with the dungeons itself. Players there should be skilled and better than most others, hopefully.

Once again Paul, I thank you. The rest of you also helped me out. My Nao support is going to expire tomorrow at 8:15 am. I know Nao doesn't work in TNN, but I still need a premium service to continue. I could buy a bit more NX for a $3 pet, but....

Well, The reason I brought back this topic, was because I'm planning to finish G1 tomorrow. I just need to make sure of somethings.
I have two weapons(a good mace and a crit modded broad sword)
I have a decent shield...
And I am wealthy... I guess.
But do I need a bow to take with me? I'm not good at range. And also, I need "combat knowledged" players to help me out.
