Jobs and "Dibs", about a Job: Jobs are things you do then get rewarded for.
Dib: a Dib is a privelage, there are no rewards except fun (however, in horse training, you may get a reward for getting it very clam or in a good mood)

Milking Cows (JOB) INFO: Milk my cows and get rewarded! (reward, keep the milk, or turn it in for some gold)
