That's what I heard ... I've seen it in a stall for 1M, but I don't know if it was sold or not ..

From what i heard, It sold for 1.4mill.

Right now probably worth 1 - 2 mil, later on when there's more high level tailors and more demand, probably closer to 3 or 4 mil.
If you sell it right now i'd set the minimum at 1.5, it might take a long time to sell, but for 1.5 mil worth the wait i would say.
