Chocolate is horrible for your stomach, as it irritates the lining of your stomach, and creates more acids. Excessive chocolate eating coupled with stress or other acid-triggering products will give you Acid reflux disease.
Also, Chocolate is horrible to eat because it'll give you a huge sugar/caffeine rush, and then send you crashing on to bed, or the vending machine for more.
Another thing, Chocolate is a proven bladder irritant. Eating a small amount will do nothing, but hulk down 1-2 bars and you'll notice more visits to the bathroom for a few hours.
AND, if you like Milk chocolate, dont eat it in the hot sun, or eat it and go in the sun quickly (1 hour). The milk inside the chocolate can be spoiled by the heat and can make you extremely sick to your stomach.
The only positive thing good about it is Dark Chocolate, when eaten in a small amount every day or so, can be healthy for your heart.
A common myth about chocolate is that it does wonders for periods. It does, but the only reason it does is the sugar and caffeine from it not only speed up the period, but take the mind off the pain. The same effect can be multiplied in thousand-fold with a banana, Ibuprofen, and coffee (Cap/frapicuno, Latte, doesn't matter). No women believe it but give it a try and you'd be amazed at the effect the banana has alone.
