Better yet: let the Guide Submission Hall BE the Guides Library.

I hate how we have to click on the sub-forum, then on the sub-sub-forum to get to our guides. Just merge it all together and keep the MabiWiki Corner as a sub-forum of the Guides Library.

Kind of agree D: having a dead forum that shows up on the main forums page can be annoying. Anyone starting up food related stuff wil likely just put it in the market anyways, and recipes are on wiki/guides.

As for sub-forums that don't add their own row to the main forums page, it doesn't matter too much. They don't take up space regarldess of being dead or not, and it keeps those threads easier to access instead of bunching everything up.
