Hmm interesting problem you got there kitae, I am a mod at this site (I'd rather not say) and lets say Im a "Application/Program" guy.... =D
I was part of this site from the beginning and guess what? It exploded to have a lot of members. I used to moderate a group of 100 members now its like 20,000! At first my performance was great, I did everything I could to help. That was when they asked for moderators. After being a mod I started to help more, but then I got into high school.... And I got real lazy with my moderating. I don't help much anymore, but I make conversation. Well that was long.

You don't harass people, Concern does not require demeaning sentences, nor a public thread. I won't allow anyone to put down another and feel it's acceptable to go by; whether or not you cared that someone was putting you down Kita.

I guess so. I was thinking along the lines of "no crime if person affected does not charge" rule, which applies in most states as long as its not a capital crime.

Perhaps if you provide some DIRECT examples, instead of generalizing it, I could understand a tad bit better and try to go back to the time when I was "fun".

A specific example would be nice.
If I'm making fun of someone, I've always been like that... But its mostly sarcasm.
If I'm making fun of the staff, its also a joke.
If I'm saying horrible things about a skill, its because I hate it. I've always hated a lot of skills or features.

I'm not sure if I'm talking about the same thing as you...
But you should probably remember that anything negative I say is USUALLY sarcasm or satire. Try not to take it too literally.

And its not like I run the forums. You don't have to leave because one out of the handful of mods we have isn't to your liking.
