i keep trying to upload snapshots and i keep getting this error:

Not sure, but you should try using photobucket, if you haven't used it.

This would be more appropriate under the Tip Box section.
Also, yes you should try signing up for a free account on photobucket, it is much more useful and you can upload larger images.
