Guild member expansion may be cheap, but theres a lot of other things a guild does that takes a crap load of money. Making polls, adding a new guild forum section, and upgrading the guild stone... etc etc.

It DOES take millions. We have over 40 million gold in our guild in KR server and my guild leader always whines about how we don't have enough gold.

The thing is that if you don't give the reasons as you say things to people, it'll just confuse them. I'm sure Paul was just confused and didn't mean anything else.

Also, just because your guild spent millions on upgrading different features does not mean other people's guild have to do the same and spend that amount. Wouldn't it be more friendly if you state it like, "From my personal experiences, it will take some additional millions of gold to establish a guild with many cool features such as guild forums, polls, etc. You guys should be aware of that when you make your guild, and prepare enough money if you want to get those features too."

I understand that you're speaking from your whooping 4 years of playing experiences on KR server, but when you're talking about something general it may be best to leave out personal opinions. I would just give the facts, and if people decided to spend millions that's their choice. NEXON is not going to force you to spend millions; doing so is a personal choice, or rather, a group choice among the guild. There's no way we could predict what the mabiguru guild will be doing with their guilds, they might not need all those features that you'll have to pay for. For some guilds all they wanted is to be part of it and a functional chatting system in game. That's completely up to that guild.

I do apologize if this reply may seem a bit personal, but please understand that I'm trying to make things clear for the general public.

Seeing how we can get to 250 members maybe we shouldn't have a mabiguru orchestra guild, maybe just have a mabiguru guild that HOSTS the mabiguru orchestra members. That way, we can all still communicate freely with one another in the game.
