Before you may start the G2 Mainstream Quest you must first meet the following requirements:
- The Generation 2 storyline is for human characters only, as is with Generation 3 - Dark Knight. They both deal with the Human transformation into a Paladin or Dark Knight and is thus unnecessary for Elves and Giants who have their own separate line of quests to acquire their own transformation.
- The Generation 2 storyline is now free to all players as part of the Pioneers of Iria update to the North American servers.
If you meet the requirements, you should receive a message from ??? when you log in.
